Eddie Esparza

As a first generation Mexican-American, Eddie has been raised with the values of hard work and dedication, instilled in him by his parents who sacrificed so much when coming to America.

Eddie has a wealth of experience in real estate, sales, training and development, business operations, data analysis and tech consulting. This knowledge led him to found EPIC Property Ventures.

Through careful research and analysis of the market, we're able to identify attractive opportunities for investors. By leveraging a combination of capital and resources through a syndication model, we feel confident we can offer a high return on investments.
